Before joining Diana to form Constellation, Matt served as Associate Strategy Director for Social.Lab at Ogilvy & Mather. Matt honed his skills as a strategist at global agencies such as Ogilvy and Havas Worldwide, as well as social and brand agencies MBLM and Twoxfour, where he worked on brands such as IBM, Hershey’s, Nespresso, and UL.
His agency background was focused on pairing high-level brand and marketing strategy with deep knowledge and expertise in social media marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies.
Nauman has spent the last 10 years as part of the technology leadership team at R/GA, working closely with premier brands such as Nike, Marvel, Samsung, Johnson & Johnson, and Uber. From marketing launches and content management sites, to digital fitness and e-commerce experiences, he has helped architect and develop platforms to drive innovation, business and growth.
His guidance has helped define R/GA’s overall strategy and direction in the cloud, building partnerships with industry leads, and managing infrastructure and delivery across the global office network.
Dan Bisgeier comes to Constellation with over 25 years of global financial experience. As the company’s CFO, Bisgeier will oversee all financial matters for the company, including MNA activity. This addition to Constellation’s leadership team comes on the heels of another year of double digit growth for the company.
Lucas Donat is a distinguished advertising executive known for transforming visionary startups into industry leaders. As co-founder and CEO of Donat/Wald Advertising (later Tiny Rebellion), he led campaigns for eHarmony, LegalZoom, Hotwire, and TrueCar, earning AdAge’s Small Agency of the Year award in 2014. In 2015, Lucas joined TrueCar as Chief Marketing Officer, later becoming Chief Brand Officer, overseeing a rebranding that propelled the company to $380 million in annual revenue. In 2024, he was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Constellation, aiming to revolutionize creative content in regulated industries.
Prior to joining Constellation, Karen spent the last 20 years in the financial services industry. In her last position, Karen was Controller at a registered investment adviser where she was in charge of all aspects of the firm’s finance and Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) compliance.
Karen is a film and music buff and enjoys the outdoors (she is a certified scuba diver).
Kelly Woodruff, Constellation’s first employee, has been instrumental in the company’s growth. Beginning as Lead Account Manager, she developed the Billing Department, discovering a passion for operations by streamlining the subscription advertising service during rapid expansion. Now, as Assistant Vice President of Operations, Kelly implements organizational structures, manages cross-department communication, and continues to scale Constellation. Known for her positive attitude, she enjoys painting, cooking, and watching sports in her free time.
Yusuf specializes in building and scaling data teams, all in pursuit of tackling an array of complex and impactful business challenges. He has extensive experience in combining large-scale machine learning systems with strategic insights to deliver measurable and actionable results. He is trained in advanced machine learning, computer science, business, and philosophy.
Prior to joining Constellation, he helped various brands in cosmetics, publishing, human resources, ad tech, and education to apply and use machine learning to solve their downstream business challenges. He is passionate about training others in the field of data science, researching new ways to solve problems, and indulging in deep philosophical and thought-provoking conversations.
Chet Lombardo is a seasoned Creative Director and designer with over 15 years of experience driving brands forward and fostering thriving creative teams. He brings bold ideas to life through thoughtful design, smart strategy, and collaborative leadership. A proud New Jersey native, Chet blends East Coast hustle with a calm, grounded approach, making complex challenges approachable. He has led award-winning campaigns for brands like BMW, JBL, Goldman Sachs, iRobot, and Hershey, aiming to intersect brand truth, cultural relevance, and creative technology. Committed to clarity and teamwork, Chet empowers creatives to produce their best work.
Jack began his career at Constellation on the Growth team before transitioning to the Technology side of the company under Nauman’s leadership. Over his seven years with Constellation, he has played a key role in shaping the platform’s development. Today, he leads the Program Management team, focused on driving client satisfaction and ensuring continued success with the platform.
David Johnson is a seasoned digital marketing professional with 19 years of experience. His expertise lies in crafting data-driven strategies that combine digital planning, data analysis, and creative content innovation to drive business success. David has led numerous successful campaigns, enabling companies to achieve their full market potential. His approach involves in-depth market research and consumer behavior analysis to develop tailored marketing solutions that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Outside of work, David finds inspiration in nature, enjoying outdoor activities with his family, and promotes a balanced lifestyle, fostering a culture of health and mindfulness within his team.
Sara Fogel serves as Assistant Vice President of Product Strategy and Operations at Constellation, bringing extensive experience in direct-to-consumer technology, advertising, healthcare, and B2B tech. Her cross-industry background enables her to address complex business challenges effectively. At Constellation, Sara aligns product roadmaps with market needs and optimizes go-to-market strategies, leading initiatives that drive innovation and operational excellence. Prior to joining Constellation, she held leadership roles in strategy and operations, focusing on scaling high-growth businesses, streamlining processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Lou Hu is a seasoned digital marketing professional with seven years of experience. Originally from China, she earned her Master’s degree in Marketing from NYU before joining Constellation, where she has become an integral team member. Specializing in automotive marketing across Tier 1 to Tier 3 levels, Lou consistently delivers exceptional results by leveraging her expertise and creativity. Beyond her marketing prowess, she is committed to operational excellence, contributing to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency. An avid traveler, Lou finds creative inspiration through exploring new cultures.
Bill Berry joins Constellation with over 25 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, revitalizing commercial Go-To-Market strategies and omnichannel precision marketing. As the General Manager of Life Sciences and Healthcare at Constellation, he focuses on evangelizing the benefits of precision marketing and personalized communications using modular content in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries to drive actions that improve patient health.
James Grace is VP of Software Engineering at Constellation, where he leads the development of innovative tools that simplify and accelerate the creative process for top brands. With a background in full-stack engineering, automotive tech, and product management, James is known for driving innovation, building high-performance teams, and delivering results. Passionate about blending hands-on coding with strategic leadership, he focuses on creating user-friendly solutions that bring real impact to the business and push the boundaries of marketing technology.
Jenny Eckart serves as Assistant Vice President of Customer Success at Constellation, overseeing strategy and operations across various business verticals. With over five years at the company, she has extensive experience with Constellation’s technology in pharmaceutical, automotive, and e-commerce industries. Jenny focuses on streamlining operations and identifying opportunities that benefit multiple sectors. Previously, as Marketing & Operations Manager at Wine By Design, she managed product releases and registrations for 67 wines across Major League Baseball and NFL teams, including the New York Jets and Indianapolis Colts.
Ken Park is a startup growth specialist with over 14 years of leadership in HR, People Ops, and recruitment across advertising, media, tech, and CPG. He’s led teams at Autonomy and Kate Somerville (Unilever Prestige), with a focus on scaling culture, expanding globally, and turning data into action.
Ken brings expertise in executive negotiations, healthcare ops, process improvement, and Six Sigma. He holds an MBA from USC and a BA from the University of Chicago. Outside of work, he’s a group fitness pro and wellness advocate, passionate about mentorship and motivation.
I’m a lifelong Californian with nearly 20 years of experience leading clients through complex financings, regulatory reviews, acquisitions and IPOs. I’ve worked for large institutional and tech start-up companies in the automotive, banking, insurance and retail industries. When I’m not working, I love watching my kids play sports and surfing. Fun fact, before becoming a lawyer, I was an archaeologist and worked in Egypt and Sudan.
