Before joining Diana to form Constellation, Matt served as Associate Strategy Director for Social.Lab at Ogilvy & Mather. Matt honed his skills as a strategist at global agencies such as Ogilvy and Havas Worldwide, as well as social and brand agencies MBLM and Twoxfour, where he worked on brands such as IBM, Hershey’s, Nespresso, and UL.
His agency background was focused on pairing high-level brand and marketing strategy with deep knowledge and expertise in social media marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies.
Nauman has spent the last 10 years as part of the technology leadership team at R/GA, working closely with premier brands such as Nike, Marvel, Samsung, Johnson & Johnson, and Uber. From marketing launches and content management sites, to digital fitness and e-commerce experiences, he has helped architect and develop platforms to drive innovation, business and growth.
His guidance has helped define R/GA’s overall strategy and direction in the cloud, building partnerships with industry leads, and managing infrastructure and delivery across the global office network.
Dan Bisgeier comes to Constellation with over 25 years of global financial experience. As the company’s CFO, Bisgeier will oversee all financial matters for the company, including MNA activity. This addition to Constellation’s leadership team comes on the heels of another year of double digit growth for the company.
Lucas Donat is renowned for having a transformational impact on visionary founders and their ventures. By the time his creative agency earned the prestigious AdAge Small Agency of the Year award in 2014, Lucas had already orchestrated advertising triumphs for budding brands that reshaped industries.
Among his notable successes are eHarmony, LegalZoom, Hotwire, and TrueCar, all of which he helped shepherd from inception. He’s equally adept at guiding later-stage companies through significant transformations. In a remarkable dual role in 2013, Lucas served as CEO of his agency while simultaneously acting as CMO of TrueCar before joining TrueCar full-time to take it public. Under his marketing leadership, TrueCar surged from its initial stages to achieve $380M in annual revenue, becoming the industry’s top catalyst for dealership visits, generating 1 million car sales annually.
Continuing his pursuit of innovation, Lucas assumed the role of founding CMO at Autonomy, a pioneering EV subscription company. His relentless drive and strategic acumen continue to shape the landscape of disruptive businesses, cementing his legacy as a visionary in marketing and entrepreneurship. In 2024, Lucas became the CMO of Constellation to help reinvent how data and technology can inform and scale breakthrough creative content in highly regulated industries.
Pushing the needle on innovation is a defining characteristic of Derek’s life and career. Derek has developed Nike, Adidas, and Supreme collaborations and built courts in NYC public parks to democratize elite sports. He led bleeding-edge platforms such as Zingy and Hipcricket to acquisitions and developed the first-to-market initiative for Universal Records, Anheuser-Busch, and Pernod Ricard. Derek started in mobile when it was just a ringtone & in digital marketing when it was a website, in addition to being the Head of Sales at PulsePoint.
His passion for driving social change, love of the arts & experience in digital marketing have led him to create a safe, brave place for artists and an open, accessible marketplace for consumers.
Prior to joining Constellation, Karen spent the last 20 years in the financial services industry. In her last position, Karen was Controller at a registered investment adviser where she was in charge of all aspects of the firm’s finance and Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) compliance.
Karen is a film and music buff and enjoys the outdoors (she is a certified scuba diver).
From its humble beginnings, Kelly has been an integral part of growing Constellation into what it is today as our very first employee.
Starting as lead Account Manager, Kelly then set her mind on developing our Billing Department. Kelly found her passion for Operations as she synthesized the complexities of our subscription advertising service, running it smoothly even in the midst of hyper-growth.
Kelly has since gone on to establish and now lead the Operations team, where she executes new organizational structures, oversees cross-department communication, and continues to scale Constellation. Kelly loves to paint, cook, and watch sports in her free time. She is also known as the sunshine in the office, always bringing a positive attitude and helpful hand.
Yusuf specializes in building and scaling data teams, all in pursuit of tackling an array of complex and impactful business challenges. He has extensive experience in combining large-scale machine learning systems with strategic insights to deliver measurable and actionable results. He is trained in advanced machine learning, computer science, business, and philosophy.
Prior to joining Constellation, he helped various brands in cosmetics, publishing, human resources, ad tech, and education to apply and use machine learning to solve their downstream business challenges. He is passionate about training others in the field of data science, researching new ways to solve problems, and indulging in deep philosophical and thought-provoking conversations.
Sebastian’s journey in the world of design started with modest beginnings, where he freelanced for artists’ websites and small businesses with tight budgets. His path eventually led him to collaborate with multinational giants like Google, where he tackled the challenge of designing solutions for machine learning-powered technologies, providing exceptional user experiences on a global scale, notably with Google Ads as their flagship product.
Now, at Constellation, Sebastian brings his wealth of experience and a clear product design vision. His goal is to steer Constellation’s user interfaces towards ease and intuitiveness, aligning with the objectives of both users and the businesses they serve.
Bill Berry joins Constellation with over 25 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, revitalizing commercial Go-To-Market strategies and omnichannel precision marketing. As the General Manager of Life Sciences and Healthcare at Constellation, he focuses on evangelizing the benefits of precision marketing and personalized communications using modular content in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries to drive actions that improve patient health.
David Johnson has 19 years of experience in the digital marketing industry. His passion lies in helping business succeed through a combination of digital strategy, data analysis, and creative content innovation. A staunch believer in the power of technology to transform business, David has spearheaded numerous successful campaigns that have enabled companies to reach their full market potential. At the core of his philosophy is a commitment to meticulous data-driven strategies that ensure measurable outcomes.
